Rodents pose a significant risk for food establishments, from physical destruction to product contamination and brand damage. Managing rodent numbers inside a facility can lower risks, but prevention is only possible through exclusion. This presentation will highlight the critical role of exclusion in preventing rodent issues and provide insights for developing and implementing a pest exclusion plan.
